{"id":10660,"date":"2024-09-02T18:40:50","date_gmt":"2024-09-02T10:40:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mature-violet-cat.82-197-71-20.cpanel.site\/?p=10660"},"modified":"2024-09-02T18:40:51","modified_gmt":"2024-09-02T10:40:51","slug":"bulalo-at-home","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sugarenspice.net\/?p=10660","title":{"rendered":"Bulalo at Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><i>This weather is a perfect time to enjoy a Homecooked Bulalo.<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>Sharing you my Bulalo way.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Ingredients:<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>2 lbs beef shank<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>1 pc small cabbage<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>1 small Pechay<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>3 pcs Corn, cut<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>Pepper<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>1 whole white onion<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>ounces water<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>2 tbsp fish sauce (optional)<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/b><b><i>Instructions<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>In a big cooking pot, pour in water and bring to a boil<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>Put-in the beef shank followed by the onion and pepper <\/i><\/b><b><i>then simmer for 1.5 hours (30 mins if using a pressure cooker) or until meat is tender.<\/i><\/b><b><i>Add the corn, potatoes, cabbage &amp; fish sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<b><i>Serve hot.
