Sharing you this super easy recipe :
โ€“ 1/2 Pork Chop (cut)
โ€“ 2 tbsp cooking oil
โ€“ 1 Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix
โ€“ 4 cups water
โ€“ 1 pc garlic (chopped)
โ€“ 1 pc onion (chopped)
โ€“ 1 pc tomatoes (chopped)
โ€“ 1 Big carrot (diced)
โ€“ 1 Big potato (diced)
โ€“ 80g bell pepper (cut into triangles)
โ€“ 1 cup Pineapple Chunks

1. In a Wok/Pan Heat oil and sauteโ€™ garlic, onion and tomato. Add pork (any meat will do)
I already pre-cooked pork (para mas malambot)
2. Add Mama Sitaโ€™s Caldereta mix and water then let it boil. Add potatoes and carrots , cover and simmer until it becomes tender.
3. Add red bell pepper then follow Pineapple Chunks with Juice.
Cooked for about 3 more minutes.
