This recipe is perfect for any occasions : sharing you an easy to way prepare this recipe, you can make it – Anytime of the day, If you have a sweet tooth like me , THIS IS FOR YOU. This will surely love by all. Our Love forever with 𝙇𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 on it

So let’s start:

We Need:

  • 1 Cup of Sugar (to Caramelized)
  • 6 egg yolks (4 eggyolks & 2 whole eggs)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed Milk
  • Drops of Vanilla Extract
  • 8 pieces of 𝙇𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 (crushed)
  • I used 6×2′ Round Baking Pan (any Molder will do)

Directions:

  • Prep: 15min › Cook: 45mins› Ready in: 45 & 15min
  • Caramelized sugar in a Low Fire and Spread in the Molder (set aside)
  • Mix egg yolks, whole eggs, condensed, evaporated milk and gently mix (use a Hand Mixer if available) until yolks are all broken and blended. Add Vanilla Extracts and lightly mix.
  • Pour mixture into the mold.
  • Cover with Aluminum Foil.
  • Place this mold into a pan filled with water.
  • Steam for 45mins – 1hr or until the mixture is firm.
  • Now, let’s prepare our crushed Lemonsquare Cheesecake in a seperate pan.

When Leche flan is already firm, remove from the heat and spread the Crushed Lemonsquare all over. Cover again and let it steam for just about 3—5mins, it will help our Lemonsquare Cheesecake form and won’t scatter.

Let it cool for an Hour. It is also best to serve chilled. Put it in a serving plate and now Ready to serve! Enjoy!
